The app doesn’t let you import the roster because it thinks you don’t have a subscription?
1. did you install the latest version of the app? Please check if there is an update in the App Store or Playstore
2. log out and log in again. This helps to 90% if this does not help
3b. For iOS/Apple: go to the Inapp Menu and click on Restore
3b. Android: Go to the Inapp Menu. If there is no purchase available here, please log in to the Playstore and search for the purchase. From this we need the purchase number, this starts with GPA. With this we can then continue to search for the reasons.
