Q: What happens when the contract ends?

After the contract ends, your subscription continues endlessly until you cancel it. The agreement may be terminated on a monthly basis after the year, effective at the end of the following month.

Q: Who can sign up for it?

This contract is exclusive for crews and their families

Q: Do I have to cancel my existing mobile contract?

No, the porting form will do that for you automatically.

Q: Are you covering all Swiss long-haul destinations?

To our knowledge, all long-haul destinations are included except South Africa and South Korea. Starting in June, we are expecting better conditions. Currently it is confidential what they might be.

Q: Can I move directly out of my Salt contract?

Sadly no, it is as you would change to a third party provider. Salt allows you to change to us three months before the old contract ends.
