How does the swap tool work?
- Select trip: Open the Compare tab and tap New Swap, then tap the trip you want to give away.
- Search: Set the time period and duration and tap Find Matching Trips.
- Send request: Select one or more matching trips and send your request, with a short message if you like. If you send to multiple people, whoever accepts first gets the trip. The remaining requests are automatically withdrawn.
- Wait for response: The other person accepts or declines. You can check the status anytime under Swap Requests.
- Coordinate in chat: After acceptance, you’ll see each other and can message directly in FollowMe.
- Crew Control: One of you taps I’ll contact Crew Control in the chat and submits the swap there. Once you get a response, enter it as Approved or Declined, with a final message if you like. After that, the chat is closed.
FollowMe only facilitates the swap. Only Crew Control can execute it.
