Why do I see so few tours?

The main reason: You can only swap with colleagues who use FollowMe.FollowMe only knows their rosters. The more crew members at your base use FollowMe, the more tours you’ll find.
Help out and recommend FollowMe to your colleagues. Every new person with an imported roster brings new swap opportunities, for you and for everyone else.

- Close Circle: Only colleagues with the same airline, home base, functional group, and suitable aircraft type count.
- Current Roster: Your counterpart needs a current roster in FollowMe and must allow swap requests.
- Strict Check: Tours that fall below EASA rest periods on one side or conflict with another duty are excluded.
- Search Window: A short period or narrow duration finds fewer. Extend the period or duration, for example with Extend until….
- Your Details: Check if your aircraft types in your profile are correct and if your own roster is currently imported.
