Import old plans

Old plans can be imported as long as the roster format has not changed in the past and the original is imported. Scanned documents cannot be imported. Scanned documents may look the same, but the code in the background is completely different.

Lufthansa users can import both the CAS roster as a PDF and the flight hours overview.
