Payment Methods

Salt sends you a monthly invoice by email. You have the option of simply paying this bill or opening a customer account.

The advantages of a customer account:

• View consumption
• More ways to pay the bill

To do this, you need to call the Salt hotline on 0800 700 600 and ask for an activation link for salt.ch/mba.

• Direct debit procedure (LSV)
• eBill

Automatic debiting is possible with:

• Twint
• Credit card
• LSV
• eBill

You set up eBill directly in your bank’s online banking, not on the Salt homepage. To activate the direct debit procedure, you must fill out the form below and send it to us.

Note on the LSV form: It is important that you enter your correct invoice account. This can be seen on the invoice. You must then send the form to the bank, which will stamp it and return it to you. We can then submit it to Salt. eBill is more modern and easier…
